On Thursday 1st December 2022, Mendip Basecamp was thrilled to win Silver in the Camping and Caravanning Park of the Year category at the Tourism Awards.
David Eddins and George Combe collected the award at the Tourism Awards gala dinner for over 200 guests at the Winter Gardens in Weston-super-Mare, surrounded by many other wonderful tourism businesses across Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Exmoor.

Mendip Basecamp is our family adventure campsite based at Mendip Activity Centre. This award recognises the hard work of Mendip’s team throughout 2022 to provide quality outdoor adventure and camping. We can’t wait for next season when we’ll be back – better than ever!
